1. Introduction
MacAmp (Macintosh Audio Mpeg Player) is a Macintosh version of Amp (MPEG audio
decoder) that Tomislav Uzelac originally started putting together as a side project of the
MPEG hardware design project at FER/Zagreb. It works with both MPEG1 and MPEG2
audio streams, layers 2 and 3.
If you have any questions related to Mac port of amp, please forward them to Dmitry
Boldyrev and any questions specific to amp engine itself should be sent to Tomislav
Uzelac directly (see Contacting the Author).
